Resolution Strategies

Mediation helps people to resolve their differences in a way that allows for ongoing cooperation.  It is much easier for an external mediator, compared to a manager or HR, to offer the confidentiality and impartiality that people sometimes need to share their true feelings, express regrets, and make voluntary choices.

Coaching provides one-on-one time with an individual who needs to meet certain goals:  improved interpersonal skills, performance, etc.

Investigations into human rights complaints need careful handling.  My investigations are thorough, quick, cost-effective, and sensitive to all involved.

Conflict Assessments are useful to determine what the problem is, and what services are needed.  After speaking to relevant individuals, I produce a report that protects the identities of people, and recommends a process with a cost estimate.  I can also do a violence assessment as is now required by law.
